There is simply no substitute for total alignment and congruency within a person or leader.
When, Alignment, Inc. was launched, the concept of 'alignment' was spawned through my own life experiences, personal and professional. It has been fascinating to watch this concept mature through numerous personal and business circles; and what happens within individuals and companies when they tap into the power of alignment.
There are three primary concepts around alignment which we believe are integral to an individual's and any organization's success. In addition, we believe they are intertwined and in direct correlations with one another. The three strands of alignment are:
- the alignment within an individual,
- the alignment between 'collections of individuals' such as families, teams, organizations, schools, and corporations
- and the alignment of these organizations and companies to their markets, customers, clients, and constituents.
We also believe the most successful leaders are those who are congruent and fully aligned within themselves, to their organization, and ultimately to the customers and markets they serve. There is simply no substitute for total alignment and congruency within a person or leader. When this is multiplied throughout an organization - the power is undeniable.
Our purpose and professional intention is to work with individuals, leaders, teams and organizations to help them become more fully aligned. When a person or organization embarks on this course, they begin to see the transformation happen right before their eyes. The results are tangible. They experience the power of alignment through greater personal fulfillment, productivity, employee retention, client appeal and satisfaction ... the list is endless.
