In my experience acknowledging feedback from a colleague means that you have listened to what they&#039;ve said, and that you value the feedback. It helps build your relationship with that colleague and encourages them to come to you with more great feedback in the future.</description>

		<description>I can&#039;t tell you how true this is! I would also say that when someone asks you for feedback be courageous enough to give it. I can&#039;t tell you how many times I have read annual reviews, hoping to receive feedback from colleagues I trust and only receive the standard &quot;you&#039;re doing great&quot;.  As professionals we need to be able to receive and give feedback in a consistent and regular manner.</description>
