I am sorry that often charitable campaigns are not viewed as serious or challenging as corporate initiatives. What you elucidate is true; it is more challenging when no one is getting financial compensation for their efforts and the team is short lived by definition, thereby making it easy for some to not perform. Congratulations! I am sorry that often charitable campaigns are not viewed as serious or challenging as corporate initiatives.
