		<description>Thank you Kristen for that article it brought me back to something I too have given a lot of thought to - resiliency.  As a matter of fact when I was in grad school we had to design a school and my school design was centered not only around teaching students to take responsibility but resiliency (where were you when I needed some more research :-)), that in my opinion is one of the missing keys to our student&#039;s success.

I would love to share that story with the staff.  Is that okay?</description>

Many people are afraid of change, opting instead for the tried and true, or the &quot;safe way&quot; if you will.  I view change as an opportunity for growth and self-discovery, and as a barometer to not only ones resiliency, but also to ones flexibility as a person and a member of society.</description>
