As a matter of fact when I was in grad school we had to design a school and my school design was centered not only around teaching students to take responsibility but resiliency (where were you when I needed some more research :-)), that in my opinion is one of the missing keys to our student's success. Many times we have absolutely no control over change, and sometimes we choose it, and then are plagued with regret. Many people are afraid of change, opting instead for the tried and true, or the "safe way" if you will. I view change as an opportunity for growth and self-discovery, and as a barometer to not only ones resiliency, but also to ones flexibility as a person and a member of society.
